Why does my honey crystallize, is there something wrong with it ?

All raw honey will crystalize at some point. Some honey takes as little as 2 weeks, some up to 2 years.

How does Raw honey compare to Choice grade honey?

Raw honey is in its natural state as it exists in the honey comb (not heated and filtered) and Choice grade honey is honey that has undergone heating and filtration processes.

Why is Raw Honey claimed to be better?

Because it is not heated and filtered, many health benefits and enzymes which otherwise would have been destroyed, are preserved.

Why does Raw honey crystallize faster?

Because it is not heated and filtered to delay this natural phenomenon.

My honey has gone hard - what now?

if your jar crystallizes, simply place it in direct sunlight on a warm day for 2 to 3 hours to reliquefy. DO NOT MICROWAVE!! OR

Take a fork and whip up the honey in your jar. The honey will become creamy and spreadable and should maintain this consistency.

What is irradiated honey?

Glorified syrup to be honest! It is garbage, all the goodness has been lost.

It has been exposed to radiation, which destroys any living organisms, enzymes etc. (both bad, and good).

Why does my honey not have the same taste and colour as last time?

The bees collect their nectar from multiple flower sources, each having its own characteristics, and turn this into honey.

How long will it take to receive my honey?

We are not Amazon, but aim to ship as soon as possible, about 3-5 business days. Please excuse the wait - it WILL be worth it. Raw Honey direct from the farm :)
